I will suggest quitting smoking as early as possible.
- Your physical activity: This is the most important part of your life. You must walk at least between 8000 to 10000 steps in a day or 30 min of workout like in Yoga/Gym/Walk etc.
- Your body weight: Bodyweight will decide how much food and workout your body required. The study says if your body weight is 79 KG and height is 5.11 Inches then you must walk a minimum of 8000 steps or 30 min of workout to maintain these figures. And in this parameter your body not required any artificial sugar.
Longer Healthy Lifestyle just in 3 Steps
Step Number 1 for Healthy LifeStyle
Wake up early if possible. Because in
today's life we have closed our day by late nights. So it’s understandable it’s tough
to wake up early. But if we want to Healthy Lifestyle then we should
plan our day as per our body needs.
Let’s start from the early morning
when you will wake up.
Take 1 cup of warm water (doesn’t
matter before toothbrush or after toothbrush. But I prefer before toothbrush).
Add a gap of a minimum of 20 minutes for the next activity.
Let the warm water do the work. After
20 min you can start your walk for a minimum of 8000 steps. This will take a
maximum of 20 to 25 minutes if you walk normally. Or another option starts Yoga or
Gym for 30 Minutes. It's your choice you can walk or you can do GYM or Yoga. But I
Prefer Walk. The walk will also help to increase your natural stamina and this will
also can solve your knee pain. But do not walk on the treadmill. Please avoid the treadmill from your lifestyle.
Now take a rest for 5 Min then take
your bath. Because when you take bath after the walk then this will clean all the
unwanted material like dust, dead skin, etc. You must take bath before your breakfast.
Now you are hungry and it’s time to
make a healthy breakfast. You can take Mexican food for your breakfast. Because Mexican
food is low in fat and calories. If you want, you can make burritos for your breakfast.
With this, you can take a Coconut milkshake. Take an ice cube with a small amount of
water and curd then mix the coconut milk and then blend for 30 to 40 seconds
only. After this, your healthy breakfast and healthy drink are ready for you. Keep
smile. Apart from this, you can take any fruit. I strongly recommended only 1
apple.
During the whole day from wakeup tonight, sleep drink water as much as you can. But you must take water on your
sitting position with your straight backbone. Do not drink water in your
standing position. If you drink water in your standing position then this will
directly impact your knee. And it may start paining on your bones. So, make
sure to drink water in your sitting position only. Like you can drink water on sitting
your seat.
Do not sit regularly on a chair for more
than 1 hour. After 1 hour you can walk into your room or office. Just a small
walk so that your mind can release from your workload.
After every 2 hours start doing neck
and eyes exercise.
After every 1-hour start doing hand
and foot exercise.
These all will help your body to Maintain a Healthy Lifestyle.
Now we will move to Step number 2
After breakfast, you have to give
rest to your tummy for at least 2 hours for your Healthy Lifestyle. Now it's time for healthy and tasty lunch. There
are many options for healthy lunch but I will suggest you two best options. Promise
you will love it.
Option 1 (Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian both can take): You
can take salad with Tofu and vegi-leaves with added snow peas, 1 tablespoon Olive
oil, peanuts, Minced Garlic, Sesame Seeds, Crispbread Crackers, Table of a spoon for soya sauce and almond butter. This will take approx. Nonvegetarians can
add boiled chicken cubes or Fish.
Option 2 (Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian both can take): Roasted
Capsicum Salsa Sandwich. Roast capsicum in the oven with a small amount of butter
applied on the capsicums, Two-piece of whole wheat bread, Black paper, a little
bit of salt, 3 or 4 spinach leaves, Tomato slices, Cucumber slices. That’s is your
sandwich now ready to eat. Nonvegetarians can add chicken slices or Fish
slices.

Before moving to step number 3, I will
suggest after 2 hours of your lunch you can take a small number of snacks. Like
fruits/Vegetables/Any Healthy Drink without artificial sugar.
Spend some time in the evening with your family or friends. Take rest from your work just for 30 min only. Everyone can allow for this for evening break. You can start talking, chatting with your colleagues, friends or your family member. Try to laugh in these 30 minutes. This will help your mind to manage the focus. These all small things really matter in your Healthy Life Style. But make sure you will not discuss your work in these 30 Minutes. This is your complete break. Just try to do fun activities.
Now it’s time for the final step number 3
Yes, Healthy Dinner. You must take
your dinner before 2 hours of sleep.
There are a lot of options for a healthy
dinner. I will suggest my favorite option. Roasted Squash Salad. You
can make it with Tofu, Fish, and Chicken. Study say should take fish in our meals at
least two times in a week. This will reduce heart-related issues. At the
time of dinner, I’ll suggest taking light food. So that your body can work
smartly when you are sleeping. Help your body to work.
Once you have done your dinner then start the night walk with your family. This will also help to increase your family relationship
with your healthy lifestyle walk. Again, during the walk do not discuss anything
which is related to your work or business. Because if you will discuss your
work or business then your mind still working on that mode. This is not good. Once
you will of your day from our work then off meaning switch off. Because after
this is time for you and for your family or friends.
For example, if there is a tree then the tree has roots, Trunk, Leaves, Branches, Water, Fruits, Seeds, Flowers, and
many more things.
Think if Tree has only a Trunk or
have only branches then this tree will grow? The answer is NO big NO.
The same is your life. Everything is
important in your life. Your roots are important, Your Trunk is important, Your
leaves are important.
Not doing only the work and work. Start to balance your life now. This is the time.
Because whenever you will wake up then your days start.

late now”. Because we are human beings. We are never ever late.
